The Are You Future Ready Scan is the brainchild of two motivated, accomplished and whole-hearted women, who sense an important inflection point both within themselves and within the world of work.
It is born from the personal frustration of seeing our own, and our colleagues, potential being limited by the organizations in which we work. We all had more to give, and often found it impossible or undesirable to expand beyond prescribed limits or roles.

Amy’s passion for prodding organizations toward practices that respect and dignify all employees was seen as early as her first job, where she, as a fast-food employee, challenged management practices that were unfair. Fortunately, she found her way to organization development and has devoted herself to using the theories and practices of organizational effectiveness across teams of all shapes and sizes. Amy’s gift for facilitating conversations helps a team integrate many perspectives and move forward with alignment and energy.
Our pursuit is fundamentally about putting human-ness at the center of organizational life. This has never been more important as organizations face macro shifts such as rapid digital transformation, rapid speed of change, the explosion of knowledge, the focus on diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging, and the changing relationship to work employees seek. Those who rely on outdated systems and structures will have difficulty maintaining the necessary alignment with the rapidly changing context, falling further behind in their ability to compete.
How can an organization actually keep pace? We believe it’s by creating organizations that are capable of fully tapping the potential of the people within them.
We fully support the effort to develop individuals within organizations, however, we see many organizations that are overly reliant on individual development as the primary approach to keeping up with the pace and scope of change. Many organizations aren’t proactively addressing systemic gaps and issues that prevent the people within the organization from fully reaching their potential.
How do we know this? We lived it and are committed to helping leaders create future-ready organizations.
